Is my rewards login the same as my store account?

Yes. Your Grande Lavendera account is your rewards account. There is no second login to remember. Sign in at the top of any page and your points travel with you.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing, and you do not need to buy anything to join. You get 1,000 points, worth $10 off any order of $100 or more.

How does the birthday reward work?

You get 250 points on your birthday, every year. You are not paid for entering the date. Add your date of birth to your account at least 30 days before your birthday to qualify.

How do I earn points for a review?

Buy something, then leave a review on that product. 250 points post once your review is published. One review reward per year.

What is a point worth?

100 points equals $1. So 500 points is $5 off and 1,000 points is $10 off.

Why do rewards have order minimums?

So the discount always makes sense against the size of the order. $2.50 off starts at $25, $5 off at $50, $10 off at $100, and $20 off at $150. The free product rewards have no minimum at all.

When do points appear?

Automatically, the moment your order is paid. If an order is refunded the points come back off just as automatically.

Do my points expire?

Your balance stays with your account. We will always email you before anything changes.

Can I use points on top of a sale?

Yes. Points stack on top of whatever promotion is running, so they are always additional.

Do Amazon or TikTok Shop orders earn points?

Not currently. The program tracks orders placed at grandelavendera.com.

How does referring work?
