At Grande Lavendera we are committed to providing luxurious and sustainable products to everyone at an affordable price. Your well being is important to us - we are proud that all of our products are made from safe and natural ingredients.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals and we do not retail in any country that requires animal testing.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes, all of our products are manufactured in New Jersey, USA.
Are all Grande Lavendera products recyclable?
Yes, all of are products are recyclable. Please recycle!
How strong are the scents?
We spent a lot of time perfecting our formulation in order to get the strength just right. Overall, we prefer fragrance notes that are more chill in character and avoid scents that may overpower. What happens if I don't like the scent?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us! If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order from grandelavendera.com, we will gladly refund your money on unused items within 30 days of your original receipt. See more on our return policy in the returns section below.

No, we are still shipping our product as usual without delays. We greatly appreciate your support!

We currently ship domestically throughout the U.S., including to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us! If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order from GrandeLavendera.com, we will gladly refund your money on unused items within 30 days of your original receipt. Regrettably, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items.
How do I make a return?
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team at info@grandelavendera.com and we’ll help get the process started. Please include photos and a detailed description in your email so our team can determine how to best service you. Please note we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or any products purchased from third party retailers.
How will my money be returned to me?
Your money will be returned in the form of your original payment method. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
When will I see my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method. Unfortunately, any shipping charges that were incurred with your original order are non-refundable.
What do I do if my item is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that an item in your order arrived damaged. Please reach out to us at info@grandelavendera.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged product and our Customer Care team will be happy to resolve this for you.
