How much do I use?
Small / Medium load: 1.0 fl oz (30 mL)
Large load: 1.5 fl oz (45 mL)
Heavily soiled: 3.0 fl oz (90 mL)

Yes. VELINA™ is for standard and HE machines. It can be used at all water temperatures.
